Fitness First- Day 1st (the JAKUNess)

21/4/2010 (rabu).
Fitness First Menara Manulife

Dgn semangat wajanya aku gi dgn hally & k.sopi.
Nekad buang rasa neves/jakun/malu kat gym hehe.

Masuk2 je mcm blank so gi kaunter ckp je terus terang
Hally:  kami ni 1st time dtg.. nak buat apa?
FF:  Gi tukar baju dulu then dtg sini.. penah workout?
Aku:  Xpenah, ni 1st time.. xde idea langsung nak guna.
FF:  It's ok, after this u come back here.

So naik atas tukar baju.
Masa turun terserempak dgn akak ofismet.. tnya dia whut should we do?
So dia kata "u'll turun je tnya mana2 staff yg pakai tshirt FF tu then tnya dorg.. they all akan tlg u'll lah".

Turun2 jumpa instructor nama jasmin kot?
Comey tp boyish plaks tp peramah ok la kan.. ajar kitorg yg know nothing ni.

1st skali dia bwk naik beskal-5menit.
Ooo sakit le jgk psl aku kayuh laju ++ aku xpenah spanjang hayat naik beskal yg the real beskal tu huhu.

Then naik treadmill.
Katanya 1st time no need laju sgt coz blh buat rasa dizzy after settle walking.
Dia set 30menit.  Aku wat 4.7 je paling laju.. tp rasa mcm slow sbb aku besa jln laju tp aku ingt pesan dia.
Lps sdh tu.. ha ah aa mmg pening.. giler kena berpegang hahah.  Badan rasa mcm nk melayang.. serious :-)

Then baru teringat nak gi timbang.
Hasilnya.. tgk lah gambar itu huhu.

Then instructor tu bwk kitorg guna 2 3mesin lg- xingt nama.
Tp mesin yg blh stress kat perut tu aku sakit lah.. risau tempat aku operate tu sbb sakit skit.  Heh.

Dia kata 7pm ada FITNESS FIX.. kitorg xtau mende so join je la.
9org join.  Ada 2 instructor.
Sorg pempuan,
sorg laki (familiar dia neh.. aku rasa dia penah masuk paper/mags/tv kot neh huhu).
Ala buat yg ala2 mcm dlm THE BIGGEST LOSER tuh.. lompat ikot arah jam/ sit up/
lompat bangun lompat/lompat menonggek muntot lompat/lompat meniarap lompat... haa ko ingt senang?
(acceli ada nama setiap exercise tu tp aku xingt.. mls gugel kat tenet kekeke).
Each 1 kena wat 1minit... tang ni la aku kata kat huzz kena paksa (xde la tensen sbb buat gelak2 je hehe).
Masa tgk THE BIGGEST LOSER tu aku siap kutuk "eleh senang mcm tu pon xblh buat?"
skang dah buat snd.. so tau la camne kan?  Hasilnya... aku nak muntah & sakit lutot 2ari wargahahaha!

Pastu naik ahhh.. lepak2 menum air kat atas... penat weh!
& kitorg decide stop sbb 7.30pm.. maghrib time!
Sambung nex time sauna ke, body combat ke or mcm2 lg le aku nak buat dlm masa sebulan ni.
Kata preee? :P

& aku xrisau dah psl nya instructor semua baik2 belaka.
Mindset aku b4 ni kata instructor/trainer tu akan pandang sinis kat kita sbb xreti buat apa2 dlm gym ni adalah slh.. huhu sekian.
