Brisk Walking Di Tgh2 KL

Start & End: Setiawangsa- Pasar Keramat - Setiawangsa
Kat jejantas LRT Setiawangsa [2.2km from house] Aku & ezza decided to brisk walking from our house to Pasar Keramat.Just because we wanna know the exact distance we did @ Tmn Tasik Titiwangsa for 3ominutes [1round].Acctually we'll neva know how many distance we walk for 3rounds, hahaha tensen la kan? :pAku dah sukat dgn meter keta... 1 round yg kitorg wat tu lebih kurang 2.5km X 3rounds= 7.5km. Quite proud le jgk even org lain can do more than our distance huhu.Jalan Jelatek [nampak rel LRT x?] :D [ontheway ke psr keramat] Utk lbh puas ati, kitorg brisk walking from house to psr keramat.Actually not too far sgt pon from house to psr keramat... 3.5KM je! Pastuh patah balik le ke umah wahaha very the gigih!Ni dah 3km dr umah. 500 meter lg ke pasar keramat [ontheway gi pasar keramat] Part yg paling mencabar ialah daki bukit.. adoi rasa mcm tonggek je muntot nih. Nak jln laju ofkos xleh ++ jari dah melecet tp aku gigihkan diri jgk.Posing tgh bandar waa ckp lu :p Belakang tu LRT Jelatek [ontheway blk] Singgah sat ah kat PETRONAS JELATEK. Mula2 nak buh handyplas tp mls, so menum milo je wakakakak. Rehat la dlm 6 7menit

Berposing kat Kg Warisan which is betul2 jln yg kitorg lalu dgn keta. [bkn pe, senang nak tgk distance kat meter keta tu hiii]. Cabaran lg ialah masa nak lintas jln huhu.

Dr pemerhatian aku, mcm xde je yg jogging kat tgh2 bandar... kalo ada pon kat btol2 dlm area taman wakaakka xpe lah, sesekali nak gak rasa brisk walking dlm bandar kan? :DPosing tgh bandar lg.. wakakaka
Smpai setiawangsa, singgah pasar tani. Beli newspaper je pon.. saje nak lalu lalang biar dorg ckp "busuk gile bdk ni" wahahah. Busuk peluh daaa.. wakakka. Pastu cabaran time nak smpai umah, kena daki bukit lg.. adoi xtahan tul!Aku telah melangkah sebanyak 11060 selama 1 jam 45min tuh! [if u walk @ least 2000 steps in a day.. u will not gain ur weight] :-)
& it's very good if u can walk for 10,000 steps in a day ;-)
Itu je la pengalaman kami.Brisk walking/jogging ni dah jd our routine la @ least twice a week.Tp kitorg nak wat lebih 2times in week,
specially aku.. kat umah aku mls nak exercise... melepak je dpn tv :p
Next time target nak round Tmn Tasik Titiwangsa 4rounds sbb skang baru 3rounds ++.Oh we're started wif 2rounds only okeh? :D
